Do you provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment?
No. ClearPath provides non-clinical care navigation—organization, coordination support, and education. Medical decisions and treatment plans must come from licensed healthcare providers.
Can you talk to my doctors or get records?
With a signed authorization, ClearPath can help coordinate communication and request records as allowed by the provider/facility. We help you stay organized and prepared—but we don’t replace your medical team.
Do you bill insurance or Medicare?
No. ClearPath is a private-pay service and does not bill insurance. We can help you understand what questions to ask your plan and how to track authorizations/requirements.
Who is this best for?
